  • 1/4 cup Butter softened
  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips dark or semi-sweet optional
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar can be swapped with granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup Powdered Sugar
For the Decoration
  • 1 cup Pink M&Ms
  • 2 rows Golden Oreos for coating

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Process two rows of Golden Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs for about 30 seconds.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, cocoa powder, butter, mini chocolate chips, brown sugar, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Shape the mixture into one large ball for the bunny's body, two medium balls for the feet, and one small ball for the tail.
  4. Roll each piece in the Oreo crumbs until thoroughly coated.
  5. Assemble the bunny by placing the large ball in the center and the feet and tail as instructed.
  6. Decorate with pink M&Ms on the feet and arrange crumbs around bare areas.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
