- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped imitation crab or crab meat, cream cheese, minced garlic, and chopped green onions. Add soy sauce and garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Scoop a spoonful of crab mixture into the center. Brush edges with water and fold the wrapper to create a seal.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the cooking spray by lightly coating the basket.
- Arrange the shaped crab rangoon in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
