Step-by-Step Instructions for Lemon Pizza
  1. Prepare the dough and preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Cut fresh mozzarella into ½ inch thick slices and drain if using wet mozzarella.
  3. Shape the dough into a 9x13 inch rectangle on parchment paper.
  4. Combine brine ingredients in a jar, shake until emulsified.
  5. Create dimples in the dough, pour in the brine, and scatter mozzarella on top.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and crust is golden brown.
