- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rotini or penne until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and cool.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and cook on a grill or skillet for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked to 165°F. Slice or cube.
- Wash and chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- Prepare Caesar dressing by whisking mayo, lemon juice, garlic, and other ingredients until smooth.
