  • 1 can Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies Regular diced tomatoes can be substituted
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce Crushed tomatoes can be swapped if desired
Seasonings
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder Adjust according to taste
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 medium Onion Diced; shallots can be used
Freshness
  • 1 Lime Quartered; optional but recommended

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the meat by sautéing the ground lean turkey in a pressure cooker until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
  2. Combine ingredients by adding all beans, tomatoes, garlic, onion, and spices to the cooked meat, stirring well.
  3. Cook the chili by securing the lid and setting the pressure cooker to Beans/Chili setting for 20–35 minutes.
  4. Release pressure following the pressure cooker's instructions, then stir and check seasoning.
  5. Serve and enjoy with fresh lime squeezed over the top, and optionally topped with Greek yogurt or chives.
