  • 1 large Yellow Onion Can substitute with red onion.
  • 4 slices American Cheese Or other melting cheese.
  • 1 cup Lettuce For crunch.
  • 1/2 cup Pickles For flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoncini For added flavor.
  • 4 buns Brioche Buns Can use whole wheat or gluten-free.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat a cast iron skillet over high heat for about 5 minutes. Add a splash of cooking oil.
  2. Divide the ground beef into 10 equal balls, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Carefully place one meatball into the skillet and flatten it using parchment paper and a spatula.
  4. Season the exposed side with salt and pepper, cook for about 3 minutes.
  5. Flip each patty, add a slice of cheese, and cook for another minute.
  6. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, capers, and pickle juice to make the secret sauce.
  7. Toast brioche buns in the skillet until golden brown.
  8. Assemble the burger by spreading the secret sauce on the bun, adding lettuce, the patty, pickles, and pepperoncini.
