- Flip each patty, add a slice of cheese, and cook for another minute.
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, capers, and pickle juice to make the secret sauce.
- Toast brioche buns in the skillet until golden brown.
- Assemble the burger by spreading the secret sauce on the bun, adding lettuce, the patty, pickles, and pepperoncini.
