  • 24 drops Food Coloring for a vibrant green hue
For the Sauce

  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese or dairy-free cheese for a vegan option
For the Veggies
  • 2 cups Chopped Broccoli fresh or frozen

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Fill a large pot with water and add 24 drops of food coloring. Bring to a strong boil.
  2. Once boiling, add 16 oz of dried pasta. Stir occasionally and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. While the pasta cooks, steam 2 cups of chopped broccoli for about 4-5 minutes until bright green and tender.
  4. Drain the pasta and return to the pot while still warm. Add butter to taste and stir until it melts.
  5. Stir in the chopped broccoli and 1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese until everything is evenly combined.
  6. Serve immediately on plates, garnished with extra cheese if desired.
