- Season diced chicken with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet. Sear the chicken for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

- Add dry orzo to the skillet, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes until toasted.
