Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Season diced chicken with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet. Sear the chicken for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter. Sauté chopped onions for 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Add dry orzo to the skillet, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes until toasted.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and another tablespoon of Cajun seasoning. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes until orzo is al dente.
