Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by gently mixing the ground beef with kosher salt and freshly cracked pepper in a large bowl. Form into individual patties, about ¾ inch thick.
  2. Shape patties and create a thumbprint dimple in the center of each one to prevent puffing while grilling.
