Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the griddle or large skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Melt 1-2 tablespoons of butter or oil in the heated griddle. Sauté the sliced onion, red bell pepper, and poblano pepper for 5-7 minutes until softened.
  3. Spread the shaved ribeye or sirloin across the griddle in a single layer. Sear undisturbed for 1-2 minutes then season with salt and pepper, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Drizzle Trybachan’s Original Sauce over the cooked beef and mix thoroughly, cooking for an additional minute.
  5. Return the sautéed vegetables to the beef and top each portion with provolone and smoked Gouda cheese. Cover to melt cheese for about 30 seconds.
  6. Butter the hoagie rolls and toast them cut-side down on the griddle for 30-60 seconds until golden brown.
  7. Assemble the cheesesteak by loading each toasted hoagie roll with beef and vegetable mixture, serving hot.
