  1. Brew the espresso by preparing 2 shots using your espresso machine. Allow to cool slightly.

  3. Stir in sugar until dissolved, then add mascarpone and whisk until smooth for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a large coffee cup, pour espresso shots, then add the warm mascarpone milk mixture while stirring.
  5. Dust the top with cocoa powder using a fine sieve and optionally drizzle vanilla extract.
