- Combine cubed Velveeta cheese and shredded sharp cheddar cheese in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add canned diced tomatoes with green chilies and mix well.
- Stir continuously while cooking for about 5-7 minutes until all cheeses are fully melted and smooth.
- If desired, add cayenne pepper to taste and mix until evenly distributed.
