- In a medium mixing bowl, pour 1 cup of boiling water over 3 oz. of orange jello mix. Whisk vigorously until the jello is completely dissolved.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of cold water to cool down your jello mixture. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the jello from the fridge and whisk in 3.4 oz. of instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in 8 oz. of thawed Cool Whip using a clean spatula until fully incorporated.
- Add the drained mandarin oranges and 2 cups of mini marshmallows. Carefully mix until evenly distributed.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the salad for at least 2 hours before serving.
