Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC) and prepare a baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Cook the hot breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat for 7-10 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, frozen tater tots, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a separate bowl.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the tater tot mixture in the baking pan and gently fold together.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate or bake directly.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden brown. Cover with foil if browning too quickly.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes before serving. Slice and enjoy!
