Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Lay the pretzel snaps in a single layer on the prepared baking tray.
  3. Unwrap the caramel squares and place one directly on top of each pretzel.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the caramels are glossy and slightly puffy.
  5. Core and cut the apples into 1-inch cubes, soak them in lemon juice, drain and pat dry.
  6. Press a cube of apple onto the softened caramel on each pretzel.
  7. Melt the semisweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bag and massage until smooth.
  8. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the pretzel apple bites and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  9. Allow to cool completely on the baking tray before serving.
