Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Lay the pretzel snaps in a single layer on the prepared baking tray.
- Unwrap the caramel squares and place one directly on top of each pretzel.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the caramels are glossy and slightly puffy.
- Core and cut the apples into 1-inch cubes, soak them in lemon juice, drain and pat dry.
- Press a cube of apple onto the softened caramel on each pretzel.
- Melt the semisweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bag and massage until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the pretzel apple bites and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
- Allow to cool completely on the baking tray before serving.
