Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the strawberry Jello gelatin. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the gelatin and whisk for about 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
  2. Gradually whisk in 2 cups of Greek yogurt into the dissolved gelatin until smooth and velvety with no lumps.
  3. Add 1 cup of cold water to the mixture and stir gently to evenly distribute.
  4. Transfer the mixture into 8 individual serving dishes or one large bowl, leaving space for expansion. Cover and refrigerate.
  5. Chill for at least 4 hours or until it holds its shape and has a firm texture.
  6. Before serving, add whipped cream and garnish with sliced fresh strawberries.
