Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the boneless, skinless chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with cornstarch until well coated. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken in a single layer. Stir-fry for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  3. Lower the heat to medium and add the minced garlic, stirring gently until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and any additional spices. Pour over chicken and let bubble for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  6. If using vegetables, stir them in for a minute to warm through, then plate and garnish with green onions or sesame seeds.
