Step-by-Step Instructions for Springtime Crinkle Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  3. In a large bowl, soften ½ cup of unsalted butter, then beat it with 1 cup of granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
