  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine harissa paste, minced garlic, lemon juice, ground cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs, ensuring they are thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or overnight.

  3. Arrange the marinated chicken thighs in a single layer in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
