Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Frozen Dumplings according to package instructions, by boiling or pan-frying.
  2. While dumplings are cooking, combine chili oil ingredients in a heatproof bowl.
  3. Heat ½ cup of neutral oil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
  4. Pour hot oil over the chili mixture, allowing to sit for 2 minutes.
  5. Mix in soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and hot water or broth.
  6. Once dumplings are cooked, drain and drizzle the chili oil over them.
  7. Sprinkle green onions on top and serve.
