Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Gradually incorporate flour until just combined. Divide dough into disks, wrap in plastic, and chill for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  4. Roll out chilled dough to ¼ inch thick. Use cookie cutters to cut shapes and place on baking sheets.
