Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, salt, and baking soda.

  5. Wrap the cookie dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  6. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Roll out the chilled cookie dough to approximately 1/8-inch thickness.
  8. Use a 2-1/2-inch cookie cutter to cut out shapes.
  9. Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden.
