Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour, until doubled in size.
  4. Turn the dough onto a floured surface, divide it into 4-6 equal portions, and shape into oblong rolls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Cover the shaped rolls with a towel and let rise for 30 minutes in a warm spot.
  6. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and hollow when tapped.
  7. Let the rolls cool on a wire rack for about 5-10 minutes before serving.
