Step-by-Step Instructions for Turkey Pesto Panini
  1. Preheat your skillet or panini press over medium heat for about 5 minutes. If using a skillet, lightly coat with olive oil.
  2. Lay out ciabatta bread slices and generously spread basil pesto on one side of each slice.
  3. Layer deli turkey, provolone cheese, and roasted red peppers on one slice, topping it with the second slice of ciabatta, pesto side down.
  4. Brush the outer sides of the bread lightly with olive oil or melted butter if desired.
