Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients while the oven warms up.
  2. Melt unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.
  3. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the garlic butter. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook.
  4. In the same saucepan, mix in chopped parsley, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. Cut the hoagie rolls or French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out the center to create 'boats'.
  6. Stuff the shrimp mixture into each hollowed-out bread boat. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Slice and optionally garnish with extra parsley.
