For the Shrimp
  • 1 pound Shrimp (preferably raw and deveined)
For the Sauce

  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice White wine can be a substitute
  • 1 cup Cream (heavy or half-and-half) Coconut cream for dairy-free option
For the Cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
For the Finish
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes Optional
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes; then add lemon juice, cream, salt, and pepper, simmering for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Fold together cooked pasta and shrimp mixture, adding mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Pour into a greased baking dish, top with remaining cheese and red pepper flakes if desired.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
