- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes; then add lemon juice, cream, salt, and pepper, simmering for another 2-3 minutes.
- Fold together cooked pasta and shrimp mixture, adding mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Pour into a greased baking dish, top with remaining cheese and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
