- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef without overcrowding. Sear until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

- Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar, simmer on low for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Prepare the rice according to package instructions. Allow to rest before fluffing.
