- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté for 3–4 minutes until translucent.
- Add broccoli florets, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and beef broth, stir to combine.
- Simmer covered for 5–7 minutes until broccoli is tender but vibrant green.
- Optional: Mix cornstarch with water and stir into skillet, simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat, add sesame oil and ginger, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked rice or quinoa, optionally top with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.
