  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce For a smoky punch.
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce Enhances umami flavor.
  • to taste Black Pepper Freshly cracked.
  • to taste Parsley Chopped for garnish.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Clean the baby bella mushrooms under cool water, gently patting them dry with a damp paper towel. Trim the stems if needed.
  2. In a large skillet, combine 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until it foams. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the cleaned mushrooms to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 7-9 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour in 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Add black pepper to taste. Stir to coat mushrooms in sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, add chopped parsley, stir gently, and serve immediately.
