- Begin by cooking your chicken, ensuring it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Once cooked, allow it to cool before shredding or dicing. While the chicken cools, wash and thoroughly dry the romaine lettuce and prepare your Caesar dressing.
- Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a light layer of Caesar dressing across the center of the tortilla, leaving about an inch gap around the edges. Add a generous handful of romaine lettuce, followed by the shredded chicken. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and add cherry tomatoes.
- Starting at one end of the tortilla, gently fold it over the filling, tucking in the edges as you roll. Continue rolling tightly, ensuring the fillings stay intact within the wrap.
