- Begin by bringing 6 cups of filtered water to a rolling boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Once the water is boiling, remove the saucepan from heat and add 6 black tea bags. Cover the saucepan and let the tea steep for 5 minutes.
- After steeping, carefully remove the tea bags and pour the brewed tea into a large pitcher. While it’s still warm, stir in 1 cup of blueberry simple syrup and the freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon.
- Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours, allowing the tea to cool completely.
- Grab some glasses filled with ice and pour the chilled Blueberry Iced Tea over the ice. Garnish each glass with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint.
