Method
 

Main Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your mixing bowl and baking sheet.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, parsley, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Shape into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
  4. While meatballs bake, boil salted water, add potatoes, and cook for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  5. Drain potatoes, return to pot, and add minced garlic, butter, and milk. Mash until smooth, then stir in parsley.
  6. In a skillet, add flour, cook for about 1 minute, whisk in beef broth, and add soy sauce and mustard. Stir until thickened.
  7. Add baked meatballs to the gravy, stirring gently to coat. Simmer for a few minutes on low heat.
  8. Serve mashed potatoes with meatballs on top, garnished with parsley.
