For the Pasta
  • 8 ounces Penne Pasta Fettuccine or gluten-free pasta can be used.
For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to personal taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to personal taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Standard paprika can be substituted.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain pasta, reserving a cup of cooking water.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Keep warm.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt butter. Add garlic powder and sauté for 30 seconds. Add heavy cream and milk, stirring to combine.
  4. Add cream cheese, whisking until blended. Gradually incorporate Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, stirring until melted. Adjust texture using reserved pasta water.
  5. Combine penne pasta and seared steak tips in creamy sauce. Toss over low heat for 2-3 minutes until well mixed. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
