Dough Preparation
- Dissolve sugar and active dry yeast in warm water. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Mix in olive oil, flour, and salt until combined to form a dough.

Baking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside while preheating.
- Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned. Add red onion and cook until softened.
- Shape risen dough into 12-inch circles and transfer to a baking sheet or stone.
- Brush crust with olive oil, add sausage mixture, crumble feta on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden.
- Drizzle honey over the pizza, sprinkle with basil and red pepper flakes.
