Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Nacho Pizza
  1. Heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the lean ground beef, breaking it apart as it browns, stirring occasionally for about 5-7 minutes until no pink remains. Blend in the taco seasoning and continue cooking until dry and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This temperature is key for a crispy crust and melty cheese.
  3. Spread half of the taco sauce evenly across each of the two pre-made pizza bases.
  4. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over each pizza base, followed by the cooked ground beef, jalapeños, sliced olives, and salsa.
  5. Carefully place the prepared pizzas on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Remove the pizzas and crush the tortilla chips over the top, then add the remaining cheese.
  7. Return the nacho pizzas to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, then drizzle with sour cream and garnish with cilantro before serving.
