  • 1 cup Mandarin Oranges No sugar-added preferred
For the Dressing
  • 1.5 tablespoons Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Mascarpone At room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt Plain Greek or regular
  • 3 tablespoons Honey Adjust for sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract or fresh beans
  • 1 pinch Salt

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the strawberries, apple, and grapes, then rinse blueberries and raspberries.
