  • 2 packs Instant Ramen Noodles crushed before serving

  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar or coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Oil use sparingly
For Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions for Easy Napa Cabbage Salad
  1. Begin by cleaning the Napa cabbage, discarding wilted leaves. Slice into thin ribbons and thoroughly dry it.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, toast sliced almonds or sunflower seeds with sesame seeds for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Crush the instant ramen noodles into bite-sized pieces while still in the packaging. Set aside to add before serving.
  4. In a jar, combine vegetable oil, rice vinegar, granulated sugar, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and black pepper. Shake well.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded Napa cabbage and chopped green onions. Pour three-quarters of the dressing and toss well.
  6. Just before serving, add the toasted seeds and crushed ramen noodles, tossing gently to combine.
