  • 1 tablespoon Honey Raw or organic

  • 1 cup Ice Cubes Optional for a chilled smoothie
For Garnish (Optional)

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brew chamomile tea. Steep 1/2 cup of chamomile tea for about 5 minutes and let it cool.

  3. Blend the smoothie. Combine the cooled chamomile tea, banana, honey, and milk in a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until creamy.
