Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Blend strawberries with water until smooth. Spoon mixture into ice cube tray to fill 1/3 full. Freeze for at least 1.5 hours.
  2. Pour coconut milk over frozen red layer, filling tray to 2/3 full. Freeze for an additional 1.5 hours.
  3. Mix water with blue powder, then spoon over white layer to fill cubes. Freeze for at least 2.5 hours.
  4. Remove ice cubes from tray and serve in your favorite clear drinks.
