  2. Gather your blender and add the chilled rooibos tea, frozen raspberries, frozen banana, half a cup of yogurt, half a cup of milk, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  3. Blend at low speed to mix, then increase speed for 45–60 seconds until creamy and consistent. Scrape down the sides as needed.
