- Brew one cup of water and steep a rooibos tea bag for 5–7 minutes. Let cool, then chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Gather your blender and add the chilled rooibos tea, frozen raspberries, frozen banana, half a cup of yogurt, half a cup of milk, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Blend at low speed to mix, then increase speed for 45–60 seconds until creamy and consistent. Scrape down the sides as needed.
