- In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of cottage cheese, 1 cup of tomato sauce, and 1 ½ cups of shredded mozzarella cheese until creamy.
- Lightly oil a baking dish and press the pre-made pizza dough or flatbread into the bottom. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the base.
- Pour remaining cheese mixture over the first layer and sprinkle ½ cup of panko breadcrumbs mixed with olive oil on top for extra crunch.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 30-40 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
