- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Whisk until well blended, then set aside.
- Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture on low speed until just combined.
- Gently fold in chopped apples and half of the pecans using a rubber spatula.
