- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray.
- Mash three ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Mix in creamy peanut butter, sugar, and melted butter until well combined and smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and crack in one egg, mixing until fully incorporated.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet mixture.
- Pour half of your batter into the prepared loaf pan. Add spoonfuls of jelly on top and swirl gently.
- Layer the remaining batter over the first layer and add more jelly to swirl on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
