  2. Mash three ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Mix in creamy peanut butter, sugar, and melted butter until well combined and smooth.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and crack in one egg, mixing until fully incorporated.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet mixture.
  6. Pour half of your batter into the prepared loaf pan. Add spoonfuls of jelly on top and swirl gently.
  7. Layer the remaining batter over the first layer and add more jelly to swirl on top.
