  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, instant yeast, and fine salt.
  2. Heat the milk and butter until melted, then let cool to 120-130°F.
  3. Pour the milk mixture into dry ingredients along with the eggs, mixing until cohesive. Gradually add remaining flour until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size, about 45-60 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice peaches and roast for 15 minutes until tender.
  6. In a mixing bowl, combine remaining granulated sugar with vanilla bean paste to form the filling.
  7. Roll out dough into a rectangle, cut into strips, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with vanilla sugar filling. Layer with roasted peach slices.
