Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Take your buttermilk pie crust and gently press it into a 9-inch pie plate, refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the white sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, ginger, and salt. Pour in the melted butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Toss sliced peaches with cornstarch and lemon juice, then fold in 3/4 cup of the crumble mixture.
  5. Pour the peach mixture into the crust and sprinkle the remaining crumble topping over it.
  6. Chill the assembled pie in the refrigerator for about 15-30 minutes if desired.
