Method
 

Cupcake Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Beat together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time and mix well, then add vanilla extract.
  5. Alternate adding the dry mixture with milk and peach puree until just combined.
  6. Divide batter into two bowls; color one half with green food coloring.
  7. Scoop both batters into paper liners and swirl with a toothpick.
  8. Bake for 18-22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the tin for 5-10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Frost cupcakes with green frosting once they are cool.
