Cupcake Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Beat together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time and mix well, then add vanilla extract.
- Alternate adding the dry mixture with milk and peach puree until just combined.
- Divide batter into two bowls; color one half with green food coloring.
- Scoop both batters into paper liners and swirl with a toothpick.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the tin for 5-10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Frost cupcakes with green frosting once they are cool.
