Preparation Steps
- Wash all the fruits under clean, running water using a colander to remove dust or residues.
- Peel the pineapple, papaya, and oranges. Dice the papaya into cubes and segment the oranges.
- Chop the watermelon, pineapple, and papaya into bite-sized cubes. Slice the bananas just before serving.
- Juice the oranges in a bowl to extract fresh juice for the salad dressing.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all the chopped fruits and drizzle the freshly squeezed orange juice over the top. Toss delicately and chill in the refrigerator for about 10-20 minutes.
