For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed for a light, refreshing drizzle; enhances the salad's sweetness.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash all the fruits under clean, running water using a colander to remove dust or residues.
  2. Peel the pineapple, papaya, and oranges. Dice the papaya into cubes and segment the oranges.
  3. Chop the watermelon, pineapple, and papaya into bite-sized cubes. Slice the bananas just before serving.
  4. Juice the oranges in a bowl to extract fresh juice for the salad dressing.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all the chopped fruits and drizzle the freshly squeezed orange juice over the top. Toss delicately and chill in the refrigerator for about 10-20 minutes.
