Ingredients
  

For the Seafood
  • 1 pound Shrimp fresh or frozen
  • 1 pound Scallops fresh for best results
  • 1 pound White Fish Fillets (Haddock or Cod) can substitute with any firm white fish
For the Sauce
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream half-and-half can be a lighter alternative
  • 1 cup Milk any kind of milk can work
  • 4 tablespoons Butter can substitute with olive oil for dairy-free
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour use a gluten-free flour mix for gluten-free
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder fresh minced garlic can be used for stronger taste
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder fresh onion can be sautéed if desired
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley fresh parsley can replace for more vibrancy
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika can be omitted for less intense taste
  • to taste Salt essential seasoning
  • to taste Pepper essential seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice brightens the dish
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese can substitute with any good melting cheese
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs use panko for extra crunch or gluten-free breadcrumbs

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for even cooking.
  2. Rinse and pat dry shrimp, scallops, and white fish. Cut white fish into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Melt butter in a medium saucepan and whisk in flour to form a roux.
  4. Gradually add heavy cream and milk to the roux, stirring until thickened.
  5. Season the sauce with garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  6. Fold seafood into the creamy sauce until evenly coated.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading evenly.
  8. Top with cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  10. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
