Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the croissant dough into individual triangles, ensuring pointed ends are facing away from you.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder, oregano, and basil until well blended.
  4. Brush the dough triangles with the seasoned butter mixture, covering the entire surface.
  5. At the wide end of each triangle, place halved pepperoni and a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese.
  6. Roll each triangle from wide end to narrow end, tucking in the filling as you go.
  7. Arrange the rolled croissants on the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  8. Brush the tops of the rolls with any remaining butter mixture before baking.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
