Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, grated onion, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Tabasco sauce in a bowl. Mix gently but thoroughly.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into 4-inch round patties. Create a shallow dimple in the center of each patty.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  4. Butter the cut sides of burger buns and toast them face down on the grill or skillet for about 2 minutes.
  5. Assemble the burger by layering lettuce, a patty, cheese, tomato, onion, and pickles on the bottom bun, and topping with the other half of the bun.
